![]() | That sounds like a great suggestion. I am definitely going to write this down for future reference. I’m always having problems with my PC. I just recently had a technical support rep from a local PC repair shop come and fix my problems for me, but I always keep little notes like this handy. |

| Senior Member Aficionado | ya, also make sure you have isntalled the right drivers... :) its really embaressing to have a computer you built and not have the right drivers.... (ive never done that) Josh seems like he knows alot about hardware, so i would do what he says... |

| Senior Member Fanatic | It seems more like a problem with your jumpers into the mother board, that would be the best explanation. Considering the fact that most of us have moved the sound card and it began to work fine... moving the card would require you to re-wire the jumpers and without a doubt you'd be more cautious about it. I'd check that first since it's the simplest thing to cross off the list. _Michael
