Design for a school project

Hey All,

I am currently working on a big school project, I have to create the design and code it ( going to use Joomla CMS for it ).

What do you all think of the design ( see attachment )

it's good. Nothing that sticks out or has pizzazz(?) to it. Pretty basic but that's good.

WOW! Looks great. I love the colours and think it is pretty darn good so far. I think you could try to make it a bit more advanced. It looks a bit plain.

What do you mean with pizzazz?

And I know it looks a bit plan on some parts, but that's because I did not put in the content of it yet. At least not the content that needs to be there.

I can't make it more complex, because I have to code it into some CMS, which is a pain the ass already, don't want to make it even harder for myself!

I don't know what it's about but I like the colors used. The tabs are a nice plus and what makes them even better is that they're see through. Everything is placed in a good place. Very good job on this!

I think this is very good for its purpose - a school project. Obviously you have to show ability in design, coding and functionality and you do all of that with ease here :) (as long as your CMS works ;))

Looks great :D Think pizzaz means "flashy stuff" or something like that >_> The "Dikkop" logo on the side is a bit blurry, sharpen it a bit maybe, otherwise it would be a perfect page.

Quick question about Joomla - would it be possible to get any design to fit? Or does it have to be a certain size/laout etc..?

Platinum, you can put any design on joomla, only one problem is, you would need to see if it's logical enough to paste joomla on it ( or behind it! )

Like my design has some small things that would say it's not good for joomla. But we found solutions for it!

I think that site looks really good nice work I like everything about it I mean the colors and the layout are both very good.

I like it, although the 'vectors' look like you did them in Photoshop. Maybe remaking them, will create a better look and feel, overall.

What don't you like on the "vectors"? It was just to get some sort of activitiy looking there, like a party! How could I improve it?
