People tend to over complicate those things..a shopping cart is nothing more than a table in a database. If I cant find some time this week, I'll see about writing a mini-tut for it.

@textbooksword:
What language do you use to program in asp, and is it asp.net, and if so .net1 or .net2? Do you use VB or C#, and are you using an IDE such as Visual Studio?

I think I will agree with sparky - www.aspin.com is a great place to start - I am by no means an expert at any type of coding but using aspin has meant I can produce a few nice applications for work :)
