What kind of site?

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to start some kind of site that will offer free email, forum and a members part (witch should be free to join)... But what kind of site should I start? :)

I'm still debaiting on what kind of site I want :)... I'm going to start a tutorial one for sure, but not sure when I will get the design done...
